One family is the person who is sick plus the caregiver walking with them, whether that is a spouse, an adult child, or a friend. Month to month, cancel anytime the moment a family no longer needs it — no annual plans, and cancelling keeps access through the end of the month you already paid for with no proration or refund. Your church administrator approves who is added, and the family consents first, and your team sets the review cadence — monthly, quarterly, or open-ended — because some families need three months and some need three years.
