• It does not diagnose, and it does not confirm or rule out a diagnosis.
• It does not give a dose, a schedule, or a taper.
• It does not say a combination is safe or unsafe. It surfaces what is worth asking and writes the question for the pharmacist.
• It does not tell anyone to start, stop, or change a medication or supplement.
• It does not provide emergency services. Call emergency services in an emergency.

Using MeloCare does not create a patient relationship with any clinician, with a church, or with us. Nothing in the app replaces the judgment of the people treating you.

MeloCare works from what you type in and from general medical knowledge, and it can be wrong. Check anything that matters against the label on the bottle, the after-visit summary, and your care team. Report anything that looks wrong so we can correct it.

MeloCare does not store your health information in a central database. In the Clinic Edition, the patient enters their own condition and medications on their own device; there is no patient identifier, no account, and no cloud backup. Church Edition care profiles also stay on the device they were typed into. When you ask MeloCare a question, or photograph a visit summary or medication label, that question and your saved care profile are sent through our servers to our AI provider so an answer can be written; they are not saved to a MeloCare database. You are responsible for what you enter and for who you hand a printed packet to. Church family workspaces are sponsored by the congregation and can be ended by them at any time.

Plans are monthly and can be cancelled for the next cycle. Fair-use allowances are described on the pricing pages; going past an AI allowance switches MeloCare to a lighter answer mode rather than cutting anyone off.

Clinic Edition subscriptions are paid by the medical practice. The practice may not bill the patient for MeloCare directly, and MeloCare is not a covered clinical service or a reimbursable item under standard CPT or insurance codes.
