• It does not diagnose, and it does not confirm or rule out a diagnosis.
• It does not give a dose, a schedule, or a taper.
• It does not say a combination is safe or unsafe. It surfaces what is worth asking and writes the question for the pharmacist.
• It does not tell anyone to start, stop, or change a medication or supplement.
• It does not provide emergency services. Call emergency services in an emergency.

Using MeloCare does not create a patient relationship with any clinician, with a church, or with us. Nothing in the app replaces the judgment of the people treating you.

MeloCare works from what you type in and from general medical knowledge, and it can be wrong. Check anything that matters against the label on the bottle, the after-visit summary, and your care team. Report anything that looks wrong so we can correct it.

MeloCare does not store your health information in a central database. The patient enters their own condition and medications on their own device; there is no patient identifier, no account, and no cloud backup. When you ask MeloCare a question, or photograph a visit summary or medication label, that question and your saved care profile are sent through our servers to our AI provider so an answer can be written; they are not saved to a MeloCare database. You are responsible for what you enter and for who you hand a printed packet to. Church family workspaces are sponsored by the congregation and can be ended by them at any time.

All plans are month to month. MeloCare does not offer annual plans, multi-month terms, or prepaid contracts. Each subscription renews automatically every month until it is cancelled.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly period you have already paid for: access continues through that period, and the subscription then stops. Charges are not prorated and payments already made are not refunded, in whole or in part, for unused time. Fair-use allowances are described on the pricing pages; going past an AI allowance switches MeloCare to a lighter answer mode rather than cutting anyone off.

A church buying MeloCare on its own pays a one-time, non-refundable $99 setup charge covering onboarding and administrator training. That setup charge is waived for churches adding MeloCare inside Sophia, and the per-family rate drops as well.

Church subscriptions are paid by the congregation. A sponsored family is never billed by MeloCare. Families without a sponsoring church may buy the Personal plan directly.

All prices shown on this site are exclusive of tax. Where sales, use, or similar tax applies to a subscription — including Tennessee sales and use tax on remotely accessed software — that tax is added to the amount charged. You are responsible for any tax lawfully due on your subscription, and for giving us a valid exemption certificate if your organization is exempt.

Every user accepts a binding disclaimer, with consent checkboxes, before using the app. It is part of these terms:
