Most practices already publish every clinician with their schooling, residency, and what they treat. Paste your website and we read that page for you — then you just check the names that are right and uncheck anyone who has moved on. A 25-provider group is a couple of minutes instead of an afternoon of typing. Typing anyone in by hand is only a backup for whoever isn’t listed. We read only pages that are public to anyone; nothing about a patient is involved.

One QR code and one printed page cover every patient and every condition. The patient enters their own diagnosis after scanning — so the same card works whether they are managing multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy, or anything else. You never reprint for a specific patient or condition.

Where patient information lives

The patient enters their own condition and medications on their own phone, and MeloCare keeps no patient record, account, or identifier. Nothing a patient types is ever sent back to your office.

Stays on the patient’s device except when they choose to ask a question.
When a patient uses Ask MeloCare, or photographs a visit summary or a medication label, that question and their saved care profile pass through MeloCare’s servers to our AI provider to produce the answer. It is not written to any MeloCare database.

I have read every clinician name, discipline, credential and description above and confirm they are accurate, and the practice has the right to publish this information to patients. Anything imported from a website is a draft until the practice verifies it.
